Through to a strong advocacy, the malagasy civil society organizations network on the GFF is involved in the process and has become a member of the steering committee of the national platform and is represented in the technical groups since the analysis of situations and problems, the identification of gaps in the intervention zones and budgeting when drawing up the investment case. The CSO platform also contributed to the development of the health finance strategy and the new health development strategy.
In its perspective, Malagasy civil society in the framework of the GFF is declining :
- the capacity building of civil society members on the monitoring and budgetary evaluation of the investment case up to the level of the regions;
- the dissemination of the investment case that is currently being finalized and the development of a new civil society action plan on GFF;
- the mapping of resources of the national health development strategy and the updating of the mapping of investment case resources.
