The Africa Health Budget Network has successfully secured NGOsource’s Equivalency Determination process in 2021, 2022, and 2023, certifying that our organization is equivalent to a U.S. public charity.  We look forward to more partnership opportunities from American-based foundations and other funding organizations to continue supporting Africa to be more resilient in health security, improving health systems, transparency, and accountability.

Highlights of the AHBN convened Regional Summit on Health Security

AHBN conducted a Three (3) day Regional CSOs and Media Advocacy Summit on 15th -17th August 2023 at the AHBN headquarters in Abuja on Health Security Accountability to strengthen the capacity of CSO leaders, media, and practitioners to engage in advocacy with the aim of promoting accountability and transparency of Health Security in Africa.
